Needed to get my long run out of the way early this week. Ran up Little Cottonwood Canyon to the Alta Bypass Rd. 3500 ft elev gain. I could tell all the hill work was paying off, I was able to run the whole canyon. Legs are very sore with the pounding of the pavement. Time up 2:01 time down 1:24
