After yesterdays hill climb I ran out in Bluffdale, nice and flat! Went out this morning planning on an easy 5 miles, but after 3 miles I really hit the wall. I came in fueled up stretched and went back out this evening and finished up doing 6. I felt really good and had to slow down several times reminding myself that this was a recovery run. Amazing what a few hours can do for a body. average pace of 9:28
